I recently decided that I wanted to have the body of Arnold Schwarzenegger – or at least a body with no body-fat. Is that overkill? Yes, but that’s just how I roll. I’m not worried one bit (ok, maybe a little bit). It’s going to be a wonderful adventure that I’ll be able to add to my book of life.
How do I plan to get the body of the Arnold (AKA Greek God)? Hard work a determination, of course. It’s going to be difficult, but I’ve hired a personal trainer with my own money to help me with all the heavy lifting (no pun intended). I’ve started eating protein in the form of a few hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and I’m drinking tons of water. I’ll be right back. I need to go to the bathroom.
Ok, I’m back. Right now, I’m just one week into this little body experiment. The result? I’m able to touch my toes (not that impressive, but at least it’s a start). I’m beginning to feel pretty limber – although I do feel quite sore at times – but I’ve honestly never felt healthier.
It’s going to be interesting to see how well I look and function in the months to come. I can’t wait to see the results of my hard work. I’ll keep updating my progress on here.
