Gym Discipline Is Already Paying Off In A Physical Way

I’m running 3 miles per day and lifting heavy weights. I’m only 1 month into the most intense workout period of my life.

I count calories. I maximize protein and limit carbs. I avoid sugars (especially foods with added sugar).

My daily meals include, but are not limited to:

  • Cottage cheese.
  • Tuna.
  • Eggs.
  • Hummus.
  • Carrots.
  • Imitation crab.

The results have been wonderful. Just look at that gorgeous pump!

The hardest part was just getting started. But I already look and feel a lot better.

Cutting and Bulking

People make things hard. You minimize calories to get lean. You eat more to build bulk.

Overtraining is bad, but if you sleep well and eat well without destroying yourself, then your upward trajectory will become obvious.
