Ticket Tracker is a website that follows the results of speeding tickets filed in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
Every night it checks the Arkansas courts’ public case records for new speeding cases from Greenbrier and saves how each one was decided. The results show up on a simple dashboard with charts, so anyone can see how tickets are being handled without looking up court cases one at a time.
Public court records, made easy to read
Arkansas puts its court cases online through a public search site, but that site is built for looking up one case at a time. To see a pattern, such as how many speeding tickets end in a fine, you would have to open hundreds of cases by hand.
Ticket Tracker does that work automatically. At 2 o’clock every morning a program visits the court site the way a person would, reads the new Greenbrier speeding cases, and records each verdict and fine. If a case changes later, the tracker updates its copy instead of adding a duplicate.
The dashboard shows the totals, the most recent cases, and charts of how tickets are being decided. There is also a button to run a fresh check right away, and the page shows its progress while it works.
